About 500 to 1000 Nos. cap required for single dosing in hopper. Delivery of caps will be automatically through cap delivery chute. |

No manual operation for collecting the bottle from filling machine. It takes automatically.
|
|
Running bottle takes the cap from chute & feed warm feed the bottle from conveyor to first star wheel then it gives the bottle to the center star wheel of the main turret. |
|
The caps will have a pick and place attachment, where the caps will be picked up by the capping head, and through cam mechanism sealing head goes down-wards with cap and tightens the cap, then sealing die goes up ward and directly places on the bottleneck.

Duly capped bottle is transferred to exit star wheel. Then on the conveyor and taken to the collecting table for further packing.

Drive system will consist of motor, with variable speed pulley system, gearbox, and gear to drives. All the parts, for size bottle-change parts will be requited.

Note: We need 300 to 400 Bottle, 2000 nos. cap in each and every sizes, and 250 ltr. Your liquid sample is also required for the trial of the machine.
The bottle filling machine doesn’t need any change parts only mechanical settings required to set the machine from 50 ml to 100 ml.
Capping machine requires change parts, like guide, cap delivery chute etc. Which will be charged extra. |
