FULLY AUTOMATIC ROTARY BOTTLING MACHINE

The machine will have 8 Rinsing nozzles.

The frame structure will be of MS and will be suitably Claded with SS.

The bottles from the conveyor will be taken by the star wheels and gripped by two pair of fingers.

The gripping fingers will hold the bottles by neck and necessary guide bars will uphold the bottles up side down by 180 degree.

The up-holded bottles will receive water from the rinsing nozzles on rear of the machine. The rinsing will operate from 90 to 270 degree rotation of the rinsing machine. Zero degree position is in front of the operator.

In 180 degree rotation the washing cycles will be stopped and bottles will be re-inverted and delivered through star wheel to the filling machine.

The drive system consists of motor with variable speed pulley, gear box.

The table top bottle handling equipment are for particular size bottle, change parts may be required for different size bottle.

It will have electric control panel box complete with starters fuse and other electrical controls.

   
  BOTTLE FILLER / CAPPER

Filling system will be rotary type.

Filling system will consist of main frame fabricated from MS structure suitably Claded with SS.

Filling tank will have 8 filling heads.

Lift cylinders for lifting the bottles for sealing with filling valves will be of pneumatic or spring loaded type. When bottle gets sealed with filling valve, the filling valve opens and filling starts. Filling tank will have liquid level probe.

Filling tank will have liquid level probe system to control level of liquid in filling tank.

As soon as the bottle is full and during rotation of the machine valve will be closed and bottle will be lowered and transferred under the capping head.

The caps will have a pick and place attachment, where the caps will be picked up by the capping head and directly placed in the bottleneck and tightened.

The bottle will enter the capping turret and by adjustable chucks, cap will be firmly tightened.

Duly capped bottle will be transferred on the conveyor and taken to the collecting table for further packing.

Drive system will consist of motor, with variable speed pulley stem, gear box, and gear trains to drives. All the parts for size bottle, change parts will be requited.
