FULLY AUTOMATIC JAR WASHING FILLING CAPPING MACHINE

Automatic Internal and Outer washing with rotary brushing and water jet spray, no need to rotate the Jar manually.

Internal Jet Washing start from neck hole to Jar Bottom, each and every inch of jar effected by hot and high pressure jet washing system.

S.S. 316 Centrifugal high pressure pump with hot water mechanical Teflon seal works up to 150 degree Celsius temperature.

Specially design Low power consumption high pressure pump used (only 0.5 HP/ 9000 Liters / Per Hr Capacity).

Driving Nozzles pneumatically operated with four side outlet.

Hot mineral water wash with electrical heater connected with liquid level sensor system to prevent drier running, when heater is completely inside water then and then only heater will work and after getting adjusted temperature, it will cut automatically. Hence no worry to start or stop the heating system as it is controlled by fully automatic control system.

Jar washing machine transfers the jar-to-jar filling machine.

Loading will be manual.

Machine Structure and body Fully S.S Claded.

Inlet 1 ½ ” connection with valve and, with S.S. angle structure and frame

Four -Head Station filing is given with Solenoid Auto On-Off Valve.

When the jar is claded under the m/c. the filling starts automatically and controlled by P.L.C.

This total mechanism works at a speed of 1500 to 2000 Liter /Hr.

Cap Delivery chute attached with conveyor.

Fill Jar Pick the Cap From cap delivery chute and further mechanism will press cap properly.
