| Salient Features: |
- There is no manual work for collecting the bottle from filling machine.
- It takes automatically.
- Cap orientation Unit:
- About 700 to 1000 Nos. caps required for single dosing in hopper. Then delivery of cap will be automatically through cap delivery chute.
- Running bottle takes the cap from chute and indexing star wheel with Geneva Mechanism takes the bottle to the centre of the head.
- Sealing cam goes downward and crimps the cap.
- Clockwise moving star wheel brings the sealed bottle out then next operation takes place.
- Capacity 1500ml
- No. of Bottle per min Appx. : 18 bottles/Min
